Grants

The Wasie Foundation is not entertaining any new grant proposals at this time.

Our Foundation funds organizations that are classified as publicly-supported charities under internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) and that demonstrate the following characteristics:

• The board of directors and officers have a strong personal financial commitment to their organization and play an active role in fundraising. The directors, officers, and executives demonstrate strong leadership by following effective management practices.
• The organization pursues clear and focused goals, relevant to the needs of its constituents, and employs effective methods for achieving those goals. Programs serve constituents in ways to increase self-sufficiency and simultaneously enhance the quality of life.
  
• A broad base of financial support is sought from foundations, corporations, and individuals. The organization willingly collaborates with others to reduce costs and increase effectiveness.

The Wasie Foundation does not accept
